Site Visits – We will happily arrange site inspections of the properties and attractions that you are considering for your upcoming event.
Media Contacts – Public relations assistance is available for securing local publicity for your upcoming event.
Official Liaison – We will contact public officials or other government and civic organizations to assist you in planning your activities.
City Services – Assistance with traffic control, parade permits, temporary licenses, the use of public property or facilities, etc., can be arranged through our organization.
Promotional Collateral – Contact us about complimentary promotional and attendance building materials to help showcase the Greater Reading area.
Vendor/Supplier Referrals – We will direct you to member vendors who provide essential services and products for your event.
Visual Aid – Photo and logo CDs are available
